Darrell Schweitzer is the author of about 250 published stories, many of which are collected in WE ARE ALL LEGENDS, TOM O'BEDLAM'S NIGHT OUT, TRANSIENTS, REFUGEES FROM AN IMAGINARY COUNTRY, and NIGHTSCAPES. His three published novels are THE WHITE ISLE, THE SHATTERED GODDESS, and THE MASK OF THE SORCERER, and he is the co-editor of Weird Tales with George Scithers. This is a collection of 17 of Darrell's weird and dark fantasy tales, including "Servant of Satan," which originally appeared in INTERZONE, a story inspired by Victorian and Edwardian ghost stories.
